fantastic stay close to everything
central location friendly staff restaurant recommendations
the location was great. i could easily walk to all the main attractions (it was so convenient!). the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. they gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants.
the street outside the window was a little noisy at times, but it didn't bother me too much.

unwelcoming staff tight parking
The room safe worked just fine, which I guess is something.
I booked two parking spaces. I only found one, and my car nearly didn't fit. My brother had to park on the street, which I found annoying. Staff acted like I was bothering them with my existence.

The breakfast choice was excellent. A French window opened my room to the garden. The room was very spacious with a generous bathroom, a TRUE highlight.
The street facing my room caused some noise due to a lack of soundproofing. I found the decor very dated. The room front door HAD no deadbolt or latch, which I found concerning.

Excellent Location and Spacious Rooms

The hotel's location just outside the city walls proved convenient. Its proximity to the train station was also a plus. I found the room to be very spacious with a generous bathroom. The French window overlooking the garden was a pleasing addition.
The soundproofing could be improved, as I did notice some street noise.

FABULOUS stay near the train station!
spacious room consistent pressure welcome addition
I stayed for several nights and found the location convenient (SO close!). The spacious room included both a shower and a bathtub, a great feature. The shower temperature and pressure were consistent. I really appreciated the L'Occitane shampoo. Tea and coffee were a welcome addition.
I found only one minor issue, just one bottle of water was available for my multiple-night stay.

The hotel has a VERY convenient location near the train station and just outside the city walls. This made it easy to walk to many interesting areas and attractions. I found the location ideal for exploring the city by foot.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. They addressed all my needs promptly and efficiently. This positive interaction added to a nice and stress-free visit.
